Where we can stream to

We stream to all major platforms, including YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Zoom and custom RTMP destinations. We’ll help you choose the best platform for your goals:

Public engagement. Reach the widest audience on YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn.

Internal communication. Share company updates securely with staff on Zoom or a private link.

Gated and ticketed access. Stream to paying or invited viewers only, on a platform that supports it.Β

Whether you’re streaming to social media, a private audience or a global platform, we adapt to your needs.

What’s included in our live streaming setup

Our live streaming packages include:

Professional cameras. One camera or several, positioned to cover the stage, speakers and audience.

Audio equipment. Clean sound from the venue’s sound desk or our own microphones, mixed live.

Lighting. Where needed, to make presenters and performers look their best on camera.

Encoding hardware. Reliable, professional equipment that turns the signal into a stable stream.

A dedicated streaming technician. Someone whose only job is to monitor the stream throughout, so you don’t have to.

Branded overlays and lower thirds. Your logo, speaker names and graphics, added live.

Live switching between camera angles. A dynamic, TV-quality experience that keeps viewers engaged.

Stream from our Manchester studio

Our city centre studio is a controlled, polished environment for webinars, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok lives, interviews, product demonstrations and small performances. You get professional lighting, sound and camera positions, with a green screen and teleprompter available, and no venue to organise.Β

Reliable streams, even when things go wrong

A stream only works if the connection does. Before the event, we check the venue’s internet and agree the plan. If needed we’ll also arrange a separate redundancy connection to ensure reliability. We record every stream in full while it runs, so if viewers drop out, the footage is safe and ready to publish afterwards.

After the event

We record every stream in full. Afterwards, we can deliver:

The full replay. On-demand viewing for people who missed it.

Edited highlights. A short film of the key moments, for promotion and sponsors.

Social media snippets. Short clips, with captions, cut for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.Β

Our live streaming can also be combined with post-production editing, so the value of your event lasts long after it ends.

How a live stream works

1. Brief. Tell us about your event, audience and platform, and whether you need single or multiple cameras. We agree the plan and what you’ll receive afterwards.

2. Technical planning. We check the venue, the internet connection, the audio feed and the running order, and agree who’s streaming to which platform. We’ll typically make a site visit before the day to test the technical side of things.

3. Setup and rehearsal. We arrive early, set up cameras, audio and encoding, and run a test stream, so there are no surprises when you go live.

4. Going live. Our streaming technician monitors the stream throughout, switching cameras and adding graphics while you focus on your event.

5. After the event. You receive the full recording, and any highlights or social clips you’ve asked for.Β

How much does live streaming cost in Manchester?

Price depends on the length of the event, the number of cameras and crew, the platform, the amount of graphics and whether you add post-event editing. We’ll give you a clear, tailored quote after a short conversation, with no hidden extras.
